Engineering Study

  • We bring ideas to life. Our expert engineers tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions, ensuring structural integrity, functionality, and efficiency.
  • Harnessing the power of science and technology. From concept visualization to meticulous calculations, we bridge the gap between imagination and reality.
  • More than just technical expertise. We understand the intricate relationship between design, materials, and environmental factors, delivering reliable and sustainable results.
  • In 2020, We have done an extensive study of 11.8 kilometres & 3.8 kilometers Railway line for Tenke - Fungurume Mining in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This study included the submission and subsequent approval of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the relocation of a 11.8km and 3.8km railway line within the mining area.
  • Also, we have done a detailed engineering study for TFM Cosolondo line which extends to 7 kilometres. This study included submission of operations of Loading and Unloading of Containers which had 2 phases of study. Phase 1 – Temporary refurbishment of existing rail line for making it operational & Phase 2 – Permanent platform to be built for Transporting materials. In 2023 TFM decided to refurbish this line and Gazebo was awarded the contract for refurbishing the line. First trial run was done successfully on the rectified line on March 2023 and their line is operational ever since.
  • We have also submitted a Detailed project study report for Rehabilitation of Tenke Dilolo Railway line which had a length of 550 kilometres.
  • A logistics Park at Carillu providing a siding from the main line and provide a platform for Container stacking was planned with submission of Detailed project reports & designing the railway Infrastructure.
  • Detailed Study for Kipushi Munama Line which extends to 34 kilometres. The main purpose of Kipushi line was to import and export materials via rail but since 2000 it was non-operational.
  • The study for KCC line which extends to 7 kilometres was also submitted. There were already a few lines running from Luilu Station to the plant which was dead and non-operational from many years. So, the refurbishment of line was planned in this project.
  • In 2022, We did a detailed study for the execution of 4 Passenger platform under the Maputo Central Station. Along with that Gazebo also has submitted the Engineering study for 2 existing platforms for Modernizing the same and construct a roofing for the entire length of Platform. Connecting all the Platforms will be a Terminal platform which is being under study and evaluation process. Detailed project report for the same has already been submitted to CFM for approval.
